Editing an Existing Form

There are several things you can do while editing your forms.  To do any of these, first browse to your form, and click the "Edit Form" link at the top of the form.

• Add new questions
  1. Follow the steps in the section "Creating the Initial Form", above
• Make changes to existing questions
  1. Click the pencil icon above the question you would like to change
  2. Make your changes to the "Question Text", "Answer Required", and "Question Type" sections
  3. Press the "Save" button below the "Question Type" box to save your changes
  4. Press the "Finished" button above the question to return to the form editor
• Rearrange existing questions
  1. Hover your mouse over the up and down arrows to the top left of the question you would like to move
  2. The mouse cursor will turn into a four-pointed arrow
  3. Hold down the normal mouse button while it is the four-pointed arrow.  The question will fade out.
  4. While holding down the mouse button, drag the question to its new location
  5. When the question is in the correct location, release the mouse button
• Delete existing questions
  1. Click the "x" icon above the question you would like to delete
  2. A pop up box with the text "Are you sure you want to delete this question?" will appear on your screen.
  3. Click the "OK" button to delete the question
